[Case Study] Development of Countermeasures Against Frost Damage for One-Man Mirrors

Uniform melting of snow at a consistent temperature. Introduction of examples where snow accumulation prevention is possible!

We would like to introduce the development of measures against frost and fog damage for one-man mirrors. Electric heating wires struggle with uniform snow melting and ice prevention due to low temperatures between the wires. The "fabric heater" maintains a uniform temperature across its surface, allowing for even snow melting and prevention of snow accumulation. In East Japan Railway Company, one-man mirrors and general curve mirrors are used to maintain a clear mirror surface for safety confirmation. [Development Case for Frost and Fog Damage Measures] ■ Developed Product: Fabric Heater ■ Purpose: To maintain a clear mirror surface for one-man mirrors and curve mirrors. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
